Social Impact
We are committed to helping create a more equitable world where everyone has an opportunity to succeed. This is how we walk our talk:
1. We believe in the power of advocacy in removing barriers for our future leaders. Level Up EQ began a POC Rising Initiative where we commit to donating 5% of our gross revenue to The Hidden Genius Project and Black Girls Code. We ask all our clients to participate in this initiative of donating by rounding up their engagement total.
2. We provide ongoing Diversity & Inclusion training and supervision for all our coaches.
3. We are creating new programs around scholarship opportunities to bring in new POC’s as coaches on our coaching bench.
We stand for a society where all people belong. The diversity that makes up our collective humanity is what makes today’s thriving companies stronger and more innovative. Including our own.
