Job Overview

Level Up EQ is a professional leadership development company that provides a 6-month program with two components: (1) e-learning focused on emotional intelligence and (2) executive leadership coaching. The program gives our clients the opportunity to dive deep into their leadership style, assess their emotional intelligence, and practice what they're learning in real-time.

The founder, Marla Skibbins, genuinely believes that emotional intelligence will help change the world.

We are excited to open our search for coaches to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent coaching to your roster of clients

  • Have knowledge and understanding of the LevelUp EQ e-learning content

  • Participate in ongoing Level Up EQ coaching skills training

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified coach, with a preference for Co-Active Training Institute

  • Must pass a written test to showcase your EQ knowledge OR have a certification in emotional intelligence (ex: TalentSmart)

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of executive leadership coaching experience

  • Ability to take on a minimum of six clients per year (including two onboarding sessions + two sessions per month)

  • This is a remote position so the ability to understand Zoom and a strong internet connection is vital
