In this paper, we define the specific mindset shifts and behavioral changes you will need to make to continue to succeed as a leader in today’s changing work environment. We posit that there are three gates, three major transitions on the road from individual contributor to the “C” suite, and each involves significant shifts in mindset and behaviors.
